gluten free fish taco salad


Consuming gluten free has modified my life and whereas I’m not strict about slicing out gluten (I cheat from time to time), I’ve actually loved all the nice alternate options on the market relating to eliminating gluten from my food plan. 

One among my favourite meals is a fish taco salad- it is kinda like a deconstructed fish taco. I’ve eradicated the tortillas and the rice and changed them with quinoa, added my favorites veggies and recent seasonal fish.

INGREDIENTS:

Butter lettuce

Quinoa

Black beans

Grilled corn

Tomatos

Purple cabbage

Avocado

Grilled salmon

Cilantro and lime juice for added taste
